You ask, we build it
This is how RxCubed gets built. Here's how to ask.
You ask, we build it
This is not a one-time offer — it is how RxCubed is built, ongoing. Tell us what would actually help, and we build it. We have already changed a lot of things this way — small fixes, confusing labels, missing features, entire workflows — and that is the plan going forward too, for as long as people keep telling us what they need. So please ask.
Have a wish?
Two ways to ask, and both go to the same place:
- The 💡 "Have a wish?" button in the bottom-right corner of any page.
- The feedback page, if you would rather write something longer.
You do not need to explain where you were or what you were doing — RxCubed notes the page you were on and sends it along, so "this is confusing" is a complete and useful message.
Sky's the limit. A database we should connect, a tool you keep wishing was there, a step that takes too long, a word that makes no sense, something that broke. Small things are welcome: a confusing label is easier to fix than a missing feature, and fixing it helps everyone.
Why we do it this way
We would rather build the thing one real researcher needs than the thing that demos well. That only works if asking is easy and we actually reply — so every message is read by the people building RxCubed, and it can genuinely change what we build next. Ask early, ask often, and ask again if it's still bothering you.
