Tool Selector

Tool Selector is the page under Model for finding and running computational tools.

Search by tool name, or filter by provider, modality, and functional category. Categories describe what a tool does; they do not impose an order or gate access. Select a tool to open its run form.

Choose compatible evidence for file inputs, review the settings, name the run, and click Run. Outputs are saved automatically and appear in Results Hub under the tool and run. Run Results shows queued or remote jobs that still need attention; All Runs is the same evidence view as Results Hub, scoped to Model.

For provenance, use the evidence dropdowns rather than uploading an anonymous replacement file. A run records its inputs and settings, and each output remains linked to that run.
