RxCubed Tools

RxCubed tools run on the platform with no external API key. Examples include Structure Alignment, Contact Mapper, Pocket Detection, Secondary Structure, Surface Accessibility, Sequence Alignment, and Binding Affinity.

Choose a tool in Model → Tool Selector, select compatible project evidence, set the parameters, and run it. Outputs are written automatically to Results Hub as evidence with the input and settings recorded.

Use the individual tool pages for what each method calculates and how to interpret its outputs. Results are grouped as Category → Tool → Run → Evidence. For filling in a form, checking a file before you use it, and collecting long-running jobs, see Filling in a tool and collecting its results.
