Results Hub
Browse project evidence, find files still missing, search, and inspect provenance.
Results Hub
Results Hub is the shared view of everything saved or generated in a project. It organises work as Category → Tool → Run → Evidence.
It has four tabs: Browse, Missing Files, Search, and Graph.
Browse
Browse is a folder-like view driven by the Tools & runs navigator on the right. Categories organise the navigator — Literature, File Collection, Model, and Documents — expand one to see its tools, then its runs — newest first. Every computational tool sits under the single Model category regardless of what kind of tool it is; Tool Selector's own provider/modality/functional filters are how you narrow that list down, not a further split in Results Hub. Selecting a run shows its evidence in the middle panel, one row per file, each keeping its own file type.
Selecting a tool rather than a single run shows everything that tool has produced, run by run, with every run expanded so you can see the whole history at once.
The same Browse implementation powers the scoped All Files views under Literature Search and File Collection; those pages only limit which categories are shown.
Missing Files
Missing Files lists evidence that was saved from a search but whose file has not been downloaded — a paywalled PDF, a dead link, or a source that refused an automated request. The row is real evidence and keeps its metadata; only the file is absent.
Use file ↗ on the row to open the source, then Manual Upload to attach what you downloaded.
Search
Search looks across all of the project's evidence by name, with filters for type and state, when you know roughly what you saved but not which run it came from.
Graph
Graph starts empty and asks you to select a run from the right-hand navigator. Selecting a run focuses the graph on that run and all of its upstream inputs and downstream results, without showing parallel sibling runs. The focused graph remains stable while you click nodes.
Clicking a node only fills the detail inspector below the graph. It does not change the selected run or remove graph nodes. The inspector shows the node's metadata, evidence, file, and provenance links. Use the navigator to choose a different run.
The graph is read-only and uses the same persisted evidence and provenance as Browse; it is not a second data model.
